Front of house - Brand Ambassadors

As a Front of House Manager and Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting guests, welcoming them to the event, scanning tickets and answering questions. You will act as a friendly and approachable point of contact, helping to ensure each guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience throughout their visit.

£17 Per hour

F&B Concession Ambassador

As a Food and Beverage Concession Ambassador, you will work independently or as part of a small team to deliver memorable seasonal experiences at events and venues across the UK. Locations may include National Trust properties, stately homes, RHS Gardens and Christmas markets.

Our concessions include marshmallow-toasting stations and hot chocolate stands, where you will welcome guests, prepare and serve products, and provide friendly, efficient customer service.

No previous food and beverage experience is required, although prior customer service experience is preferred. Full training will be provided.
