Action Arena // Show Crew

As a Show Crew member, you'll be responsible for keeping a close eye on our inflatable structures throughout the event — ensuring guests are following health and safety guidelines, monitoring structures for any signs of wear or damage, and responding to deflation evacuations within 20 seconds should a structure fail. You'll need to be alert, level-headed, and ready to act quickly when it counts.

£160 - £180 per day (based on 10/12 hour day)

Action Arena // FOH Crew

FOH Crew are the first point of contact for our guests, so how you show up matters. You'll be responsible for checking tickets, delivering health and safety briefings, managing the box office, selling water on-site, and handling any customer queries or complaints that come your way. A friendly, professional manner and the ability to stay composed under pressure are key.

£160 - £180 per day (based on 10/12 hour day)

Action Arena // Build & Break

Build & Break Crew are responsible for setting up and tearing down everything on site — inflatable structures, fencing, signage, and gazebos. It's physical, hands-on work that requires good teamwork and the ability to follow direction from the Site Lead to keep things running on schedule. Manual handling is a core part of the role.

£160 - £180 per day (based on 10/12 hour day)

Slip N Slide // Build & Break

You'll be responsible for the full setup and teardown of the Slip & Slide inflatable structure, along with fencing and signage. The role involves manual lifting and requires a reliable, team-focused approach to ensure the site is ready on time and cleared safely at the end of the day.

£160 per day (based on 10/12 hour day)

Slip N Slide // Top of Slide

Stationed at the top of the slide, you'll be responsible for managing the guest queue, keeping things moving safely and efficiently, and ensuring every participant is ready and properly briefed before their descent. You'll need to bring consistent energy throughout the day while keeping a close eye on operational procedures.

£135 per day (based on a 9 hour day)

Slip N Slide // Bottom of Slide

At the base of the slide, you'll be responsible for delivering health and safety briefings to guests before they head up, managing access numbers to maintain safe capacity on the structure, and keeping a watchful eye on the landing area at all times. Clear communication and a calm, confident presence are essential in this role.

£135 per day (based on a 9 hour day)

Slip N Slide // Water Seller

You'll be responsible for selling water to guests on site throughout the event day. A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to handle transactions accurately are all you need — it's a straightforward role that plays an important part in keeping guests comfortable and the operation ticking over.

Slip N Slide // Box Office

As Box Office staff, you'll be handling guest payments, answering ticket queries, and helping to ensure a smooth entry experience for everyone attending. Good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm when it gets busy are the key ingredients for this role.
